Classically trained painter, Julia Hetzel, is recognized for creating timeless oil paintings that enhance any room. 

A product of four generations of artists, Julia's artistic passion began in childhood. At the age of three, with the encouragement of her talented grandmother, Julia had a paintbrush in her hand. Painting and drawing became a daily practice that she carried into college where she received a bachelor's degree in Fine Art. Painting continued to be the medium that captured her heart. 

After 10 years as an interior designer, Julia launched her career as a full-time artist. Throughout her time as a designer, she noted the calming impact of "bringing the outside in" with color and texture. Today, Julia brings this same influence to her paintings and her work is recognized for its heavy brushstrokes and natural palette of blues, greens, and warm neutrals. Julia's interior design background is a key component that makes her artistic work so cherished.
